Individual Teaching

I teach one to one, both face to face and on Zoom, whichever people prefer. One to one classes can consist of many different things: they can be learning yoga or Vedic chanting; they can be about your own practice…what it might consist of, and how to fit it into your daily life  (Yoga practice does not consist only of asana and relaxation, though both are very important. It can also include the breath, the voice and mantra, and the mind). Individual sessions can often include discussion on how to change attitudes and habits so that we may be happier, freer, less anxious, less at the mercy of old patterns. They can also be about mentoring teachers, or preparing for a difficult life event. One to one teaching often includes suggestions for daily practice, as this is the best way to effect changes, whether in the body or mind or even very deep attitudes. Yoga means connection, and ideally all parts of our life need to be connected, for us to be at peace.

I charge £50 for a  session which can last from 40 to 50 minutes. However, if money is dificult, please tell me so we can arrive at an amount which is fair to us both.
