Iam teaching one to one, both face to face and on Zoom, whichever people prefer. One to one classes can comprise many different things: they can be learning things about yoga or chanting; they can be about your own practice. (Yoga practice does not consist only of asana and relaxation, though both are very important. It can also include the breath, the voice and mantra, and the mind). Individual sessions can often include discussion on how to change attitudes and habits so that we may be happier, freer, less anxious, less at the mercy of old patterns. They can also be about mentoring teachers, or preparing for a difficult life event.
I charge £35 for a 50 minute session.
